We provide healthcare services based on our patient's specific needs, including Ketamine treatments, IV vitamin therapy, and weight management. Our services include a consultation to review your medical or mental health history to ensure appropriate care.

There are a range of conditions we treat including mental health, overall wellness, chronic diseases, pain mitigation, recovery and more.

We're open Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm by appointment only.

Appointments after 5:00pm and on weekends appointments are available upon request.

At this time, insurance does not cover ketamine and IV infusions. Depending on your plan's coverage, you may use FSA/HSA cards.

We can also accept the medical credit cards CareCredit and Advance Care Card. Please visit their website, www.carecredit.com or www.advancecarecard.com to get started. If you need help applying for payment plans, please call our office and we'll be happy to assist you.

Our ketamine therapy sessions are $350 each.

We typically recommend 6 treatments, completed in 3-6 weeks, for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Please see our links above for financing options. Although we cannot accept insurance for payment, we can provide a detailed invoice (superbill) that you may submit as a claim to your insurance provider for potential/partial reimbursement.

Our IM/IV vitamin treatments vary in cost. Each service price can be found by clicking on "IV Therapy" in the navigation bar, or on our online booking site.
